Britney Spears Gives A Heartfelt Apology To Justin Timberlake

In recent news, Britney Spears has taken to issue an apology to her former boyfriend, Justin Timberlake.

The reason behind this apology is that the singer feels guilty for revealing some of the things regarding their past relationship in her memoir.

Consequently, she took to Instagram to post a recent clip of her ex-boyfriend performing with a couple of classroom instruments on The Tonight Show alongside Jimmy Fallon.

In the caption of the post, she added that she felt deeply sorry for the way she had talked about their past relationship in her memoir, The Woman In Me, which was released back in October of 2023.

She went on to add that she was apologetic if she hurt sentiments by writing about her relationship with Justin in the book, adding that she did not mean to offend the people that she cares about.

However, the singer did not specify exactly which part of the book she was apologizing for.

The Toxic hitmaker went on to praise Selfish, the recently released lead single from the upcoming album of Justin’s.

She also lauded another track of the singer’s, specifically Sanctified, which he performed during his appearance at the Saturday Night Live last weekend.

Soon after she shared the post, the 42-year-old took to changing her Instagram settings and made her account private.

She dated the singer back in 1999, with the pair eventually breaking up in 2002. In the memoir The Woman In Me, the musician claims that the star of NSYNC cheated on her during their relationship.

She further added that she had to get an abortion after she got pregnant with the Cry Me A River singer’s child.

At the time, he had told her that he was too young to be a father and would prefer if she got an abortion.

Up until now, Justin has not made any comment or responded to the allegations made against him in the memoir.

He has only recently made his return to the spotlight to launch a new album, with the lead single, Selfish, taking the driver’s seat.

The album Everything I Thought It Was will soon be released, followed by the musician embarking on The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

In other news, Lana Del Rey has revealed that she has joined hands with Luke Laird and Jack Antonoff for a collaboration.

The 38-year-old star is all set to headline Coachella in the upcoming months and has been working alongside her regular collaborator, as well as the country music hitmaker, to put out new tunes ahead of the event.

She posted a video on Instagram showing that she was supportive of the San Francisco 49ers, who would be facing Travis Kelce’s team at the Super Bowl.

The star of the Kansas City Chiefs is currently dating Taylor Swift, and Lana, as well as her two collaborators, will be supporting the opposition.

Her last studio album, titled Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under The Ocean Blvd, was released in 2023 and went on to be a huge hit.
