Doja Cat Begins First-Ever Headline Tour

In recent news, Grammy-award-winning global megastar, Doja Cat has started off performances for her ‘The Scarlet Tour’ on a good note.

The first show of the trek kicked off with a sold-out performance for the city of San Francisco, CA, at the Chase Center.

This is the first headline arena tour of the star to date, which supports her most recent album.

The record was recorded back on the 22nd of September, 2023 by the RCA Records to critical acclaim.

As part of the first show, the popstar took the stage to perform What You Mean, before going on to play various favorites of the crowd.

These included Attention, Kiss Me More, Agora Hills, as well as Get into It.

After this list, Doja Cat moved on to perform Paint The Town Red, which is her hottest single as of now, from the new album.

The song has managed to rule the Billboard Hot 100 charts before landing on the Billboard Global 2022 song chart.

It stayed at the top of both these lists for four weeks in a row, which is a new record set by the musician.

Singer and rapper, Doechii, opened the performance for Doja by playing What It Is, Swamp Bitches, Persuasive, and various other songs.

Thus, the 24-date trek of the star will continue moving forward with a show in Los Angeles, which will be held at the Crypto.com Arena.

The star will then go on to make stops in Austin, Las Vegas, Toronto, Brooklyn, and more before wrapping up her performance on the 13th of December at the United Center in Chicago.

Moreover, the star has been on fire lately, especially after the release of her fourth studio album.

The record went on to debut in the top 5 of the Billboard 200 chart, which allowed the musician to bag the achievement of being the first female rapper with an album in the top 5.

In other news, Celine Dion appeared in public for the first time after she was diagnosed with Stiff-Person Syndrome.

The Canadian singer took to attending a hockey game, which was being held at the T-Mobile Arena located in Las Vegas.

This is the first time that the musician has been spotted in public in almost three and a half years.

Various clips were later posted on social media, where the My Heart Will Go On hitmaker can be seen in good spirits.

She also took time out to greet hockey players, as well as fans, once the match came to an end.

The Vice President of Montreal’s hockey communications said that it was an honor to have had Celine attend one of the games.

The 55-year-old attended the game where the Vegas Golden Knights went up against the Montreal Canadiens.

Her sons, Rene-Charles, who is 22 years old, and 13-year-old twins, Eddy and Nelson, also attended the game alongside their mother.

The Grammy Award winner made an announcement in December 2022, revealing that she had been diagnosed with an uncommon neurological disorder.

Since then, she has been struggling with various other undisclosed health problems but seems to be steadily recovering now.
