In recent news, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have decided to break their silence over the breakdown of their marriage.
The singer of the Jonas Brothers band decided to file for divorce from the Game of Thrones star shortly after speculation began regarding the state of their relationship.
Thus, the two took to Miami-Dade County in Florida to file for divorce but did not speak out in public.
A day later, the pair took to issue a joint statement on their own Instagram accounts and insisted that their separation had been a mutual decision.
Their statement read that the couple had had four wonderful years of marriage, but now it was time to put an amicable end to it.
It went on to say that despite there being speculations of the reason why they are choosing to separate, they want to keep it private.
They asked for privacy for themselves and their children both at the end of the statement as they power through this difficult time.
The 34 and 27-year-old started dating back in 2016 and got married three years later in Las Vegas. Then, they went on to have a bigger ceremony in the month after to celebrate with their friends and family.
Currently, they have two daughters together, namely Willa, who is three years old, and a girl who was born in July 2022, but her name has not yet been shared.
In the divorce filing, the musician stated that the marriage between the pair is broken beyond repair, so it would not be to the benefit of their children to stay together.
However, he did add that he and his wife have decided to share custody and all parental responsibilities.
He went on to add that he has decided not to request any child support from his soon-to-be former spouse.
As of now, the girls have been residing with him in Miami, where the family was living. Whenever he went on tour throughout the US, his girls would go with him.
On the other hand, Sophie has been living in the UK as she shoots her new TV drama, called Joan.
In other news, Renée Rapp revealed that she was once drugged on a night out back in 2022 and has no recollection of what happened that day.
The Sex Lives of College Girls actress opened up about how she had gone out one day to have some fun shortly after she got out of a relationship.
She had wanted to let loose and go party with some of her newest friends but ended up having a traumatic experience.
According to the 23-year-old, she still has no clue what happened to her that day, and she has stopped hanging out with that particular crowd.
She recalled waking up at five in the morning in a bathroom stall of a hotel, with no memory of how she ended up there.
Renée added that she had had a bad feeling about her friends throughout the night but brushed it off, only to end up with blood on her pants.
However, she said that she is not relieved because she cut off all contact with these people and does not see them anymore.
