Stagecoach And Coachella Remove Coronavirus Entry Requirements

In recent news, Stagecoach and Coachella revealed to their attendees that they would not have to abide by any coronavirus safety measures.

The people who are responsible for organizing these world-famous and much-awaited festivals have stated that all those attending their events do not have to be inoculated against the novel coronavirus, wear face coverings, or even test negative.

The two events, Stagecoach and Coachella are going to be held at the Empire Polo Club, located in Indio, California. The decided dates for Stagecoach are April 29th to the 1st of May, whereas Coachella will take place from April 15th to April 17th and April 22nd to April 24th, respectively.

The Stagecoach organizers even took to confirming this announcement on their official Twitter handle. The tweet read that the festival is coming up ahead in full swing and the preparations are being made accordingly. However, it added that it will be lifting all coronavirus related requirements for the Stagecoach festival of 2022, as per the local guidelines.

However, the websites of both the festivals have made it clear that there is an elevated and inherent risk of people being exposed to the coronavirus, as is with any public place. They go on to add that there is no express or implied guarantee being taken on by the organizers that those attending the events will not contract or be exposed to the deadly disease.

On the other hand, the websites further added that the rules for entering the events could change, in accordance with the coronavirus situation in the US. Kanye West, Billie Eilish, and Harry Styles are all set to headline the Coachella festival of 2022 and will be joined by others.

The extravaganza, which is primarily titled Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, is going to return to the country for the first time in the last two years. It had been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Harry Styles, the star from One Direction will be headlining on both Fridays, specifically the 15th of April and the 22nd of April. Billie, on the other hand, will be taking on as the main act on both Saturdays that are the 16th and 23rd of April.

Kanye, who appears on the bill with his legal name, Ye, will be closing the two weekends on Sunday, which are April 17th and April 24th. Various other artists have been recruited to play at the festival, such as Lil Baby, Black Coffee, and Big Sean, who will all appear on the two Fridays.

Acts for Sunday have been chosen to be Joji, Karol G, Maneskin, Duke Dumont, Doja Cat, Fatboy Slim, and Jamie xx. Swedish House Mafia will also be returning to the festival this year.

In other news, V, a singer from the band BTS, has come out positive for the coronavirus. Just a couple of weeks ago, Jimin had caught the disease. In a statement posted by Big Hit Music, the label for the K-pop group, it was revealed that the 26-year-old has been experiencing a couple of mild symptoms and was, therefore, tested for the disease.
