Esme Biancos, the actress, has received comments from the lawyer of Marilyn Manson in response to the sexual assault lawsuit that she filed against the rocker. The attorney believes that the accusations made are ‘provably false’.
In the previous month, the Game of Thrones actress filed
some paperwork in which she claimed that she had suffered torture and abuse
throughout the time that she had been dating Manson.
She has alleged that Marilyn Manson, whose real name is
Brian Warner, forced her to consume drugs at his house and then locked her in a
bedroom. The actress claimed that she was then forced to have intercourse with
another woman, while being shocked and whipped, all for a video.
However, Howard E. King, Manson’s attorney, has insisted
that the claims made by Biancos will be contested in court by him.
According to him, the actress filed this lawsuit only after
she and her lawyer failed to shake down Manson. He claimed that Biancos had made
some outrageous financial demands on the grounds of conduct, which had never
even happened, and the rocker had refused to give in to them.
The attorney for Manson on the case seems to believe that
his client will come out victorious in this case, since in his words, the
allegations being made are false.
Manson has also been accused of preventing Biancos from
leaving his house without his approval, running after her with an axe, and
harming her with a knife.
The suit filed by the actress stated that it took her years
to understand and fully fathom the sexual, psychological, emotional, and
physical abuse she went through at the hands of Brian Warner. It noted that she
currently experiences and undergoes complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as
well as depression, panic attacks, and anxiety, as a result of what happened.
The rocker was also accused by his former fiancée, actress
Evan Rachel Wood, as well as several other women of abuse. However, Manson
referred to all these allegations as ‘horrible distortions of reality’.
Due to the sheer number and severity of the claims being
made against him, the rocker lost two big TV roles and was dropped by his
manager and record label. The authorities are investigating his case and all
the allegations that were made against him.
