In the past few weeks, Britney Spears made a handful of odd posts on social media platforms that concerned quite a few fans. However, she has now assured people that she is doing well and is ‘extremely happy’.
Over the weekend, the singer took to Instagram to have a question-and-answer session for some of her devoted fans. In the video, she addressed some worries they had and answered the most asked question that day, which was whether she is doing okay or not.
The Toxic hitmaker simply replied that she is okay. She went on to add that she is extremely happy and grateful for the fact that she has beautiful children and a beautiful home. According to her, she is taking a break from her life as a popstar right now because she is enjoying spending time with her loved ones.
Fans also questioned her about a bunch of random pictures she posted of a red refrigerator. To this she responded laughing that she thought the red color looked cool, given that the refrigerator was vintage.
Britney posted this video amidst concerns from people around her, as well as her fans, that Jamie Spears, her father is in complete control of her life. They believed that she is unable to speak freely.
Ever since the star broke down back in 2008, Jamie has taken full control of his daughter’s finances and welfare, as per a legally mandated conservatorship. As of now, the singer is challenging her father’s claims. This arrangement was also explored at length in a documentary on Hulu by the name ‘Framing Britney Spears’, which was released back in February of this year.
