Bobby Brown Claims Nick Gordon Was Responsible for Deaths of Daughter and Ex-Wife

Just recently, Bobby Brown has claimed that Nick Gordon was the one who led to the deaths of his former wife, Whitney Houston, and Bobbi Kristina Brown, their daughter. 

The former star of New Edition has openly held a grudge for a long time against Gordon for the role he allegedly played in the death of Bobbi Kristina. Brown’s 22-year-old daughter had been found unresponsive in a bathtub of a home in Georgia that she shared with her boyfriend, Gordon. 

Just three years before the tragic death of the daughter, Brown’s ex-wife, Whitney Houston had also died in a somewhat similar manner. Drug use had been listed as a contributing cause of death in both incidents. 

In the year 2016, the court found that Gordon had been legally liable for the death of his girlfriend. However, official charges had never been brought against him. On the 1st of January 2020, he himself succumbed to a heroin dose and died on the spot. 

Up until now, Brown had not talked about the losses. While giving a Red Table Talk interview, the star opened up about the heartaches that he suffered as a result of the death of his former wife and daughter. He insisted that there was foul play in both the deaths by linking Gordon to them. 

Brown told hosts Adrienne Banfield-Norris, Willow Smith, and Jada Pinkett Smith about how Gordon was the only one present in both tragedies and how they both had died in similar manners. He was also asked outright whether or not his daughter’s boyfriend was responsible for his former wife’s death. To this, he responded that he did believe so. 

Justifying his belief, the star stated that Gordon was the one providing both women with drugs. In his words, the young man was simply supplying these women with ‘party favors’. 

Brown further claimed that his daughter was stuck in an abusive relationship, where the boy controlled every aspect of her life, as well as her death. 

He went on to reveal that he had wanted to sit down with Gordon and have a one-on-one discussion with him but missed his chance. At the time of Gordon’s demise, Brown had been in rehab recovering on account of his personal struggles.
