In recent news, Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish have been scheduled to perform for the final two shows of Saturday Night Live.
The two were chosen to be the musical guests for this event, with the 20-year-old to perform on the 9th of December.
On this day, the Drivers License hitmaker will be hosted by Adam Driver, who will be performing some of her biggest musical numbers.
On the other hand, Billie will take the stage on the 16th of December, when Kate McKinnon will be hosting the event.
The pairing of the 21-year-old with Kate comes shortly after the two were involved in Barbie by Greta Gerwig and managed to give a wonderful performance.
While the host played the role of the Weird Barbie, the Bad Guy singer took to contributing to the popular song, What Was I Made For? which scored a place in the film.
The two guests who have been scheduled to perform on the shows have previously participated in the sketch show, which is broadcast live from the 8H Studio in New York.
The 20-year-old made her debut on the SNL stage back in May 2021, when she performed Good 4 U and Drivers License from her debut tour, Sour.
Meanwhile, Billie debuted on the popular show back in 2019 when she performed Good Girls Go To Hell and Bad Guy from her debut LP, titled When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?
In the year 2021, the star appeared as a musical guest, as well as a host, and performed her two renowned songs, Male Fantasy and Happier Than Ever.
The episode on the 16th of December will mark the first time that the former SNL star, Kate, will be hosting the show.
She was on the show for a time period of ten years between 2012 and 2022 and has just become a host.
On the other hand, Adam has been a part of the hosting crew three times in the past, specifically the years 2016, 2018, and 2020.
In other news, Chase and Status and Stormzy are all set to headline the Boardmasters festival, which will be held in 2024.
The 30-year-old rap star is one of the most popular artists in the UK and is going to be among the first to headline the star-studded festival in August of the upcoming year.
Chase and Status will also be headlining the Cornwall event in the summer, and the electronic duo is preparing to bring its full live band, as well as special guests, into the spotlight on that day.
The duo, namely Will Kennard and Saul Milton, will be performing some of their well-known hits at the event. These will include End Credits, Mixed Emotions, and Blind Faith.
Another big name that will headline the festival is going to be Becky Hill, who will perform some of her biggest tracks at the festival.
These will include Remember, Lose Control, and Crazy What Love Can Do.
