Drake Announces A New Album

In recent news, Drake has taken to surprise his fans by announcing that he will be dropping a new album titled Scary Hours 3.

It will be released at midnight, just 24 hours after the star made an announcement about it. 

He took to sharing a poignant trailer to talk about his most recent record, which will be a follow-up to the Scary Hours album he dropped in 2018 and the Scary Hours 2 record released in 2021. 

In the dramatic shot, the hitmaker took to explaining that he does not feel the need to appease anyone and is pretty confident in the work that he just dropped.

He went on to add that he could disappear from the spotlight in the music industry for six months, a year, or even two years, but he does not believe in lengthy disappearances.

The Rich Flex singer also claimed that the songs on his new album were penned in the last week alone.

Talking about the songs further, he added that he did not have a single lyric or piece of music written beforehand or when he put out For All The Dogs.

In addition, Drake talked about the prolific period that he is currently experiencing, saying that it feels like he is on drugs. 

In his words, the musician disclosed he feels like he is floating and everything around him is happening on its own.

Consequently, the star added that he is enjoying all the attention that he is getting as well as the hype. 

The news of the album came only a couple of hours after J.Cole and Drake shared a video of their collaboration titled First Person Shooter. 

The new album comes as a surprise to Drake’s fans, especially since he just dropped For All The Dogs.

Moreover, soon after his album had dropped, the star claimed that he would be taking a break from music to focus on his health.

Back then, the 37-year-old rap star revealed that he was planning on taking a break for a year from the music business as a whole, especially since he had been dealing with stomach problems. 

He went on to add that he had been undergoing several other things, struggling to stay afloat.

The rapper also added that he was going to be stepping back as a promise that he made to the people close to him to do things besides music. 

The Hotline Bling maker reassured fans soon after the drop of For All The Dogs that he would be prioritizing his health but would not quit music for very long.

In his words, he was determined to overcome his health issues, but that his break would not last for very long. 

According to the 37-year-old, he did not want to take a break on account of his health, but his doctors and the people closest to him made him realize that this was a necessary step, which is why he agreed to do so.
