Cher To Leave The US If Donald Trump Is Re-elected

In recent news, Cher has announced that she will no longer live in the US if Donald Trump becomes the president once again.

In a new interview that the star had with The Guardian, she stated that she will not hesitate to leave the country if Trump takes back the Oval Office.

In the words of the music icon, Trump being in office the first time around almost gave her an ulcer.

Thus, the 77-year-old does not want to repeat how she felt back when the billionaire took up office for the first time between 2017 and 2021.

Later in the interview, the Believe singer talked about various laws that are being passed in the country against the trans community.

According to Cher, it is ridiculous that the government is trying its best to pass so many bills.

She recalled being with two trans girls the other night and talking to them about how all trans people should stick together to fight this.

Cher’s son, Chaz Bono, also belongs to the trans community, which has further bolstered the star’s support for the people.

There is no denying that the 77-year-old has been an open and vocal supporter of the LGBTQ community.

Her 54-year-old son, whom she shares with her former husband, Sonny Bono, started his transition back in the late 2000s.

Where the Burlesque star herself is concerned, she is gearing up to put out her holiday album, called Christmas.

The new album is all set to be released on the 20th of October and has been revealed to include no less than 13 tracks.

Moreover, the record will feature several guest artists, such as Michael Buble, Cyndi Lauper, Stevie Wonder, Tyga, and others.

As per the music icon, the upcoming album is different from other albums and does not have names that people know by name.

The first single of the record, DJ Play A Christmas Song was released earlier in the month, which quickly went on to steal the hearts of many fans.

In other news, Paris Hilton is also going to be releasing her new album, which is going to be executive-produced by Sia.

During an interview with The Tonight Show, Paris said that she is thinking of coming up with a follow-up album for her record that dropped back in 2006.

In addition, the businesswoman and media personality is thinking of dropping a new song called Lighter, later in the week.

The Simple Life star created this new track with Steve Aoki.

The 42-year-old further confirmed that she is currently recording her new album. On this note, she also discussed her friendship with the music producer and DJ.

In her words, Steve has a good personality, and she enjoys making music and spending time with him.

As of now, Paris has not yet revealed the release date or the title of her new album. However, she has said that Lighter will be a part of the upcoming album that Steve is working on.
