Police Investigation Opened on Marilyn Manson

In recent news, Rocker Marilyn Manson is now being officially investigated for causing domestic violence in the city of Los Angeles.

Just a day earlier, reports had surfaced which suggested that law enforcement authorities were thinking of meeting with one of the people, who had accused the singer of abuse. This meeting was going to help authorities determine whether or not there were grounds for a criminal probe. As of now, sources have revealed that a confirmed case file has been drafted.

A spokesperson from the Sheriff’s Department for the L.A. County stated that the Special Victims Bureau is currently in the process of investigating the allegations that were made regarding Mr. Brian Warner. These claims relate to domestic violence, which involves Marilyn Manson of the music industry.

The authorities added that the incidents being investigated are those that occurred between the years 2009 and 2011, back when Manson was residing in the city of West Hollywood.

The timeline is an indicator that the initial investigation is going to revolve around the accusations made by the actress Evan Rachel Wood, Manson’s ex-fiancee. She was engaged to the rocker for at least seven months, back in the year 2010.

She called out the Rock is Dead star in an Instagram post on the 1st of February. She claimed that he was ‘grooming’ her and ‘horrifically’ abusing her when she was only 18 and he was 36-years-old. Wood wrote that she had been manipulated and brainwashed into submission.

Along with Evan Rachel Wood, there are others who have come forward to accuse the singer. Esme Bianco, the Game of Thrones actress, stated that she too was on the receiving end of Manson’s abuse. However, now 52, he has denied all such allegations and categorized them as ‘horrible distortions of reality’.

Soon after the scandal became a part of headlines, Manson was axed from his record label, talent agency, and management as well. He was also dropped from two TV shows.
