Future Nostalgia Explicit Version by Dua Lipa Review


Future Nostalgia is the 2nd Studio album by Dua Lipa, which was released on 27th March 2020 through Warner Records. The lyrics of the songs were written by several writers such as Ian Kirkpatrick, Jeff Bhasker, and Stuart Price.

Lipa decided to create Nostalgic inspired by top artists such as Gwen Stefani, Madonna, Oukast, Moloko, and Blondie with influences from electronic music and dance-pop. The album started with 3 singles and a promotional title track “Don’t Start Now” which was released on 31st October 2019, it gained commercial and critical success. The single entered in the first top three entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Break my Heart” and “Physical” were released as the 2nd and 3rd single and both were included in the best top ten singles of the Uk Singles Chart.

Lipa was born on 22nd August 1995 in London, England. After working as a model she decided to become a singer and songwriter. She released her debut self titled album in 2017 through Warner Music Group, which peaked at number 3 on the UK Albums Chart. She won Brit Award for British Breakthrough Act and British Female Solo Artist. She also won the Grammy Award for “Electricity” and the Best New Artist. With the collaboration of Silk City, she won the Grammy Award for best dance. The success of the single led her self-titled album to become the most streamed album on Spotify & achieved the platinum certification.
