The Ultimate Hits is a collection of songs by Garth Brook, an American music artist. It was released on 6th November 2007 by Pearl Records.
The 3 compact disc comprises 34 songs and four of which “Midnight Sun, more than a memory and workin’ for livin’ are newly released as singles. It also includes the bonus track “Leave a Light On”. The album was released as a DVD containing thirty-three music videos.
The first single of the album “more than a memory” built history in the US country chart of the week in September 2007 and debuted at number 1. The bonus track of the album “Leave a Light On” is the only new song that was not released as a single.

The collection debuted at #3 on the United States Billboard 200 charts and sold about 352000 in the first of release. By Selling 204000 copies it went to number 1 on the Top Country Albums chart in the second week of release. The album was also hit in the United Kingdom by reaching number one in the country music chart and as well as the top ten on the pop charts.
Brooks is an American singer & songwriter. He was born on 7th February 1962 in Oklahoma United States. He started his professional music career in 1985 by playing guitar and singing the songs in the clubs and bars of Oklahoma. His consolidation of pop and rock elements for the country genre has led him to popularity in the United States. According to the trade organization RIAA Garth Brooks is the top-selling artist of the solo albums in the United States by selling 156 million copies in domestic units.
