Minecraft Color Vinyl by C418 Can Be Pre-Ordered Now


Album soundtrack was composed by Daniel Rosenfeld who is a German musician. The music was composed for Minecraft, Mojang video game in 2011. The album’s color vinyls can pre-order now on Amazon.

Later on four more tracks for the games composed by Lena Raine, all the game tracks are ambient instrumental music. The track has been admired by the critics in 2011. One of the popular game blogs Kotaku has chosen the soundtrack among the best soundtracks of the year. Minecraft’s track was released across 2 soundtrack albums Minecraft (volume beta in 2013) and Minecraft (volume alpha in 2011). Both of the albums include music features in the game and as well as other music included in trailers.

Rosenfeld released the first soundtrack of the album Minecraft Volume Alpha in 2011 on his Bandcamp account, later on, the album was released on other digital download services. The second soundtrack of the album “Minecraft Volume Beta was released in 2013. In 2015, Ghostly International released Minecraft Volume Alpha including CDs, black vinyl, and transparent green vinyl.

The album gained the attention from critics and from the gaming community. The double LP comes in May 2020 with fire splatter and standard black colored vinyl available in a limited edition jacket that comes with a lenticular cover giving movement and depth to its 3D image.

Daniel Rosenfeld also known as C418 was born on 9th May 1989 is a German musician, sound engineer, and producer, he is known as the best sound designer and composer for the video game Minecraft. He has also produced and written the theme for an American science fiction horror television series Beyond Stranger Thing. He learned to create the music on the versions of Ableton Live and Schism Tracker in the early 2000s.
