At-home concert series to be conducted by BTS



In recent news, the popular South Korean band has revealed some good news for their fans. Being one of the top-selling music acts worldwide right now, BTS have decided to go ahead with their BANG BANG CON series. These songs will be available online for fans to stream while they are stuck inside the four walls of their home during the coronavirus pandemic.

The concert series will comprise of a total of eight parts. It has been confirmed that the special will feature clips of past concerts. Additionally, the band’s old gigs will be available for fans on the Youtube Channel by the name BANGTANTV.

These series of gigs will be a trailer of sorts. On April 17, BTS will kick off with their old album from 2015 named 'BTS LIVE: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage'.

Just recently, the South Korean singers also launched a series online to help their fans learn Korean. BTS’ record label, Big Hit Entertainment showered the fans with the good news when they announced 30 language sessions. These will be made available on Weverse, the app. The sessions started on 24th March 2020.

Bang Si-Hyuk, the man running Big Hit observed that there aren’t many accessible ways for fans to learn Korean. Therefore, they would make it easier for them.

Big Hit revealed that they have created a Korean learning media with the help of artist content to ensure that the fans have an immersive and rewarding experience.

V, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, SUGA, RM and Jin from BTS have partnered up with Professor Heo Yong employed by the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in their Korean Department. They have also joined forces with the Korean Language Content Institute to make the language series a success.
