American actress and singer, Ashley Tisdale, has announced that her first album, after nine years will be released in the fall through the newly launched record label, Big Noise.
The
accomplished singer’s last album, Guilty Pleasure was released in
2009 and it reached No. 12 on the Billboard 200. Now, she is finally
ready to share the new material she has been working on since a few
years.
The
album will be titled Symptoms, and Ashley revealed that she has taken
time with this project to make sure that she recorded the best music
possible.
The
High School Musical’s star told Billboard in a press release how
excited she was for the album. She has been working on it since four
years and has co-written every single song. The album is very
personal to her and she looks forward to sharing it with everyone.
The
singer has teamed up with John Feldmann, the lead singer and
guitarist for Los Angeles punk band Goldfinger. He insists that he
loved producing the album for Ashley and can’t wait for the world
to hear this. According to him, the album is worth waiting nearly a
decade.
Ashley
first came on television in 2005, starring in the Disney Channel
series, The Suite Life of Zac and Cody. Her first album Headstrong
was released in 2007, followed by Guilty Pleasure in 2009. In 2013,
she released a track and has done cover sessions on YouTube with her
husband, Christopher French and other people as well.
