The weekend of the Billboard Music Awards 2016 could turn out to be really big for The Weeknd because the Canadian hit-maker is a finalist in total 16 categories and for a total of 19 times. After The Weeknd, there is Justin Bieber who has been nominated 12 times in 11 categories. Fetty Wap and Drake have also been nominated 11 times in 10 categories whereas Adele and Taylor Swift are nominated for 8 awards. The 2016 Billboard Music Awards will be hosted by Ciara asnd Ludacris on May 22nd at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The full list of nominees for this year’s awards can be found below:
