Ariana Grande has taken the responsibility to look after Myron, a dog owned by her late, former boyfriend Mac Miller.
Mac
Miller, also known as Malcolm McCormick passed away on the 7th
of September this year at his home in San Fernando Valley. Though the
cause of death is yet unknown, sources confirm that it is possible
that the singer died of a drug overdose.
After
his death, the rapper was paid tribute to by several celebrities
amongst which was Ariana. The couple had dated for two years, during
which time he adopted a dog Myron from a rescue center. Mac was quite
open about his affection for his beloved pitbull-mix pup as he
regularly posted pictures and videos of his dog, sometimes with
himself on social media platforms.
Following
posting a few heart touching posts about the late artist in which she
claims that she still adores him, Ariana has decided to look after
Myron. The 25-year old posted a video of her showering the pup with
kisses and hugs as they cuddle on the sofa. However, she disabled the
comments on that particular post. Moreover, Ariana shared several
pictures and videos of her dog-sitting the hound on her Instagram
stories. The posts also consisted of moments when Myron could be seen
playing with the singer’s dog Toulouse. She was also snapped
walking the two dogs in New York City.
The
dog-fanatic who is now engaged to Pete Davidson, the comedian on
Saturday Night Live, has not yet confirmed whether she has officially
adopted the pup. Even if she does, the news will not come out as
surprise to her fans since the popstar already owns nine other dogs.
The No Tears Left To Cry hitmaker has
also recently posted a black and white picture with her late, former
boyfriend as a tribute to him.
