It has been reported that Justin Bieber had Hailey Baldwin’s father’s permission to propose to his daughter. The Canadian superstar and the American model got engaged Saturday night in the Bahamas while having dinner at a local restaurant.
The
couple, who dated previously in early 2016 before splitting up, has
now stirred up chatter among fans in the last few weeks. Justin
certainly showed how much of a traditional gentleman he is, as some
sources reveal that he made sure to ask Stephen Baldwin for his
daughter’s hand in marriage. A gossip website, TMZ, has reported
that Stephen’s approval was of the utmost importance for Justin.
The
American actor, who is said to have happily given his blessings to
the young, and loved up couple, shares the same religious values as
Justin Bieber.
While
Hailey was seen with a large diamond ring on her finger, it was not
until Monday that Justin confirmed his engagement in an open letter
to his fiancée on Instagram. Among the many promising things he
wrote, one was to love her kindly and patiently.
He
also promised to lead their family with honor and integrity and he
did not forget his Christian values again, as he mentioned about
letting Jesus and his Holy Spirit to guide the couple in every
decision they make. The Love Yourself hit maker made his fans all
gushy when he declared Hailey as the love of his life and stated his
heart fully and completely belonged to her.
While
Justin declared that he loved everything about his future wife,
Hailey teased him about his trademark moustache; by saying it won’t
be welcome in the future. She responded to a Twitter user who
suggested Justin to grow a moustache for the wedding, by telling the
user not to give that idea to him.
