Selena Gomez Worked on her Breathing for New Tour

In order to prepare for her new tour, Selena Gomez dedicated seven weeks getting into tip-top shape and perfecting her breathing techniques. The Come & Get It singer worked with top trainer Amy Rosoff Davis for building up her stamina levels and also took yoga and Pilates classes to ensure she wouldn’t face any health problems or fitness issues during the tour. She told Vogue magazine that her breathing was one of the most important things she wanted to work on.

She said that she had begun doing SoulCycles, Pilates and every other form of yoga once rehearsals had started. She added that she wanted to mix things up in order to keep things fresh as she gets bored easily. She said that her breathing gives her the most trouble and she has difficulty keeping up, even when she is having conversations. Therefore, she had to work on her breathing, which was a plus because she enjoyed it and it also kept her peaceful.

She also admitted that breathing advice was required because the stage on her Revival tour is perhaps the biggest she has ever been on. Now, Selena’s six month tour has begun and she is focused on her surroundings as she makes her way through North America. She said she likes having the same aromas in all rooms because it reminds her of home. She asserted that she keeps two humidifiers and mixes lavender oil and eucalyptus for every room, including the bus.

She said lighting was also important to her because she wants to build up the mood and it feels warm and cozy. Her tour began in the start of May in Las Vegas.
