Carrie Underwood does a fantastic job on both lyrical and thematic level of his song “love wins” that acts as a mealy mouthed appeal to the political center of the country.

Lauv reveals how he likes himself better when he is with his beloved. If you too on the same track, listen to his solo. 

39.“Addictions” 

At number 39 in our top 40 songs now, we have a wonderful song by Lucy Dacus who has flawlessly made a fluidity to it that won’t immediately tie it to any particular area. 

40.Kick in the World 

Sung by Japanese artist Haru Nemuri, it is a chorus hard rock type song that will take you to an expected flight. With some truly cathartic musical moments of the year, “Kick in the world” has a definite entry in the top 40 songs now listing.
