Early on Friday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West became victims of a car thief when he targeted three of their luxury vehicles outside their mansion in Bel-Air. According to reports, a male suspect had managed to gain access to the couple’s driveway in their California home and had succeeded in breaking into their cars at about 4 am local time. Some sources have revealed that the thief first ransacked the vehicles and only managed to escape with an iPhone that was owned by one of the staff members of the two stars.
The guy was spotted by security officials who chased him away, but they were able to capture his image on the surveillance footage. Since the incident, the police have been called in for an investigation, but they still haven’t identified the image captured on the camera publicly. The allegations filed against the suspect also include an attempt he made to get into the home of Kathy Griffin, who is the next door neighbor of Kim and Kanye. The sources have stated that the suspect trashed one car that was parked in the driveway.
They also found a purse that was dumped nearby and was thought to belong to the comedienne. There have been no comments so far by the representatives of the three stars. This incident has occurred only a year after Kim had been robbed in Paris, France, where she had been gagged and bound by the thieves and also held at gunpoint. Due to this ordeal, the mother of two put a stop to wearing any flashy jewelry when going outside and also stopped sharing a lot of information on social media.
This is because it was believed that the masked robbers had managed to track the whereabouts of the star by using her posts on various social media. Speaking on her family’s reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim said that the incident had opened her eyes to an entirely new world that she simply couldn’t forget or erase. She said that she was going to be super aware of how she did things and who she shared them with.
